This policy explains how Routinly Ltd ("Routinly", "we", "us") handles information on this website and in our apps. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Routinly Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17462929), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information described here. You can contact us at contact@routinly.co.uk.

Our apps

Our apps are designed to work without collecting personal information. Unless an app's section below says otherwise:

• What you enter in the app is stored on your device. We don't receive it and can't see it.
• We don't use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics in our apps.
• We don't require you to create an account.

Countdown: your countdowns are stored on your device. We do not collect them.

If a future app or feature needs to handle personal information, we'll update this policy and the app's App Store privacy details before it's released.

Purchases and the App Store

Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments, and its privacy policy applies to that. We receive sales reports and may receive anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that Apple provides to developers. We never receive your payment details.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to help with your question. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you and then delete them, normally within two years.

Children

Our apps don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, such as your emails to us. Contact us at contact@routinly.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
